Company profile
The name, slug and brand voice your AI team uses when it speaks for you.
Used in your workspace URL: workers.neuraphic.com/acme
Brand voice
Nera and your employees use this voice across every channel.
Company logo
SVG or PNG, square, minimum 512px. Shown on invoices and customer-facing emails.
Human-in-the-loop
Strict is the default — every external action pauses for your approval.
Kill switch
Pauses every employee in your company. Tasks in flight finish cleanly; new tasks are blocked until you resume.
Default budget per employee
Applied to any new employee you hire. You can override per employee.
People with access
Human users that can sign in to this workspace. AI employees live in Team.

Pause tenant
Stops every employee and blocks new work until you resume. Billing continues.
Transfer ownership
Move the owner role to another admin. You keep admin access unless you explicitly leave.
Delete tenant
Permanent. Requires confirmation and a 7-day cooling-off window before we erase data.
