Data processing
April 22, 2026. When we process customer data on your behalf, we do so under the master Neuraphic Data Processing Addendum. This page explains the pieces that are specific to the Workers product.
Roles and responsibilities
You are the data controller. Neuraphic is the data processor acting on your documented instructions when Nera and the specialists on your team operate on records pulled from the tools you connect.
Sub-processors
We maintain a current list of sub-processors at neuraphic.com/sub-processors. You will be notified in advance of any material change so you can object before the new processor is used.
Data residency and transfers
Business and Enterprise customers choose the processing region. Cross-border transfers, when enabled, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures documented in the master DPA.
