What does each plan include out of the box?
The brain, the voice, and the whole team. You describe goals and connect tools; everything else is provided.
What counts as an employee?
A named specialist on your team — a sales associate, a finance operator, a support agent. Nera orchestrates them on your behalf.
What is a tool integration?
A connection to a business product your company already uses: Gmail, Slack, Notion, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify. Authorisation happens through each product's own consent screen.
How are human approvals handled?
Every plan ships with human-in-the-loop by default. Sensitive actions wait until an authorised person approves them, on desktop or on mobile, with full context and an auditable trail.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, and you can cancel at any time from the founder console. We do not charge for cancellation.
Where does my data live?
By default, Workers runs on hardened infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Business and Enterprise customers can choose data residency and dedicated regions.
