Privacy
April 22, 2026. Your privacy is governed by the master Neuraphic Privacy Policy. This page explains the pieces that are specific to the Workers product so you know what to expect.
What we collect
We collect the information you need us to have: your account details, the tools you choose to connect, the orders you give to Nera, and the messages and documents those orders produce. Nothing more.
We do not train on your data
Customer prompts, documents, and actions are never used to improve the Neuraphic brain. Your business is yours. We isolate tenant data at the infrastructure layer and keep tenant keys independent.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from the founder console at any time. For residents of jurisdictions with statutory privacy rights, we honour access, portability, erasure, and objection requests under GDPR, CCPA, and equivalents.
