April 22, 2026. Your use of Workers is governed by the master Neuraphic Terms of Service. This page explains the pieces that are specific to the Workers product so you know what to read first.
What you are agreeing to
By signing in, connecting a tool, or asking your AI team to perform an action, you agree to the master Neuraphic Terms of Service, which cover acceptable use, liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution across all Neuraphic products.
Workers-specific additions
You are responsible for the orders you give to Nera and the specialists under her supervision. Every action is logged on a tamper-evident audit trail for your records. You may export, review, and dispute any entry at any time.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel from the founder console. Cancellation stops future charges and preserves your audit trail for the retention period of your plan.
